Ashley has been a yoga and meditation instructor since 2010, and focuses on the integration of body alignment and emotional well-being.  She has her Bachelor's degree in dance with an emphasis on classical ballet and a minor in French. She furthered her education by studying nursing, lending to her extensive background in anatomy and physiology which she utilizes as a yoga instructor. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 level (has taught over 2000 hours) and has completed her advanced (RYT 500 hour) training from The Lotus Pond in Tampa, FL. She is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. Ashley is a LFYP 2, or LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Level Two (Yoga to aid anxiety, depression, and mood imbalances). Ashley is currently enrolled in Kripalu's School of Integrative Yoga Therapy, has served as an assistant to the school for her underclassmen, and is a member of  IAYT, offering yoga therapy sessions to return students to their innate place of wholeness.*

She serves as a Yoga Nidra Mediation Guide (certified in both LifeForce® and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra). She is a private practice Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, minister, and Life Coach through the Universal Life Church.

Her overall mission is to assist her clients in transforming themselves into their true state of wholeness, aligning body, mind, and soul using various modalities.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, Ashley offers private sessions and trainings with attunements in the Usui lineage. She is a member of The International Association of Reiki Practitioner's. (For more on Reiki, click on the Reiki Benefits Tab at top of page).

Ashley's passion when it comes to yoga is to bring her clients to a state of creative flow, almost dance-like, pushing the body to a challenging level in order to settle the mind and open up to experiencing peace, love, and joy. Her teaching style is warm and compassionate, encouraging students to safely push themselves to their individual physical limits, allowing them to be free to notice, feel, and release any emotional or physical blockages during their practice. Teaching from a gentle heart, Ashley enjoys sharing her gifts assisting others on their personal integrative journeys while fostering a nurturing space for each and every individual.

Students enjoy Ashley's kind heart, sense of humor, and the place of peace they are able to settle into with her. Her passion is that yoga is for everyone, and she deeply enjoys being able to personalize her approach to the individual. Her kind, compassionate style provides a safe, confidential environment to aid one in gaining physical strength and flexibility, healing emotional wounds, and or opening up to spiritual energy.
